Since founding MotivAction 35 years ago, we have also established two not-for-profit care farms, Church Farm Ardeley and Aldenham Country Park, providing training and work experience for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Since Covid 19, we have increasingly been providing support for children with social, emotional and behavioural needs on our fully working farms. We host corporate Volunteering Groups and Events at both our care farms. Everything MotivAction does helps directly or indirectly to sustain our care farms.
