Team Building
Improved teamwork, communication and co-operation
is best achieved through fun rather than adversity.
Militaristic, arduous, boot camp style events have little
relevance to today’s modern business structure, organisation
and people. There are more relevant approaches, and our speciality
is designing them.
Our programmes will achieve your objectives implicitly through
the activity itself, or explicitly with the help of expert
facilitation.
|
Over the past decade we have
completed thousands of successful team building events for
between 10 and 500 people at venues throughout Europe.
Our experience can assist
you to;
- Improve communication
- Develop understanding
- Emphasise listening skills
- Evaluate group dynamics
- Create inter-team bonds
- Spotlight hidden talents
- Highlight the needs of the
team, task and individual

This brochure outlines
a
selection of the games and concepts we have developed.

Making a Difference - The Charity Challenge
This is a chance for your team to really make a difference.
Team leaders randomly select an envelope containing their
challenge. Everyone co-
operates to complete altruistic tasks, which benefit charities,
hospitals and institutions.
Providing a day out for the underprivileged, refurbishing
a common room in a children’s ward, and landscape gardening
at a hospice are just some of the tasks aimed at putting
something back into society.
At the end
of this activity the sense of achievement felt by the participants
boosts morale to new heights.
|
Film-Making
Film-making is enjoyable and utilises an array of skills
and talents. Your team will need to appoint a director,
scriptwriters,
voice-overs, artistes and actors.
The theme for the challenge could be the making of a
TV advertisement for your product, an infomercial for
bizarre
services or even a political broadcast to make a plea to
the nation.
Film-making requires
delegation, direction,
communication, planning and
action. Filming can be staged anywhere from your own offices
to Hollywood Studios. |

Business Games
Ideal for reinforcing key
messages at conferences,
our games include the
total team interaction of Global Commodities and
the hi-tech computerised
Network Challenge.
After the game one of our highly motivational speakers,
such as Adrian Webster, will carry out an expert de-brief.
|
Pit Stop Challenge
A dynamic and stimulating challenge
that requires your team to design, build and then race a ’super-tech’ vehicle.
Each team is given a budget. This must be used cleverly and
creatively to purchase
components from the parts workshop and styling extras from
the design workshop.
|
Frantic inter-team interaction,
communication and negotiation are necessitated due to the
scarcity of materials, bodywork and mechanical devices.
Practice sessions and race heats culminate in a spectacular Grand Prix finale.
|
|
Chain Reaction
A game consisting of 12 giant contraptions
which when connected produce a
mechanical and explosive Chain Reaction.
Stage one requires each team to complete standalone
sections. Successful assembly is governed by the team’s
ability to overcome a series of cerebral challenges.
|
Stage
two involves all teams coming together as one major force,
completing the
construction and triggering the chain reaction.
Chain Reaction is a `one team’ non-competitive event. All participants
have a part to play and ultimately experience
the benefit of successful
co-operation in action.
|
The
Crystal Clear Challenge
Each team is led through a series of zones. A myriad of
challenges await, from the weird to the wonderful and friendly
to fearsome. The objective is to collect as many precious
crystals as possible.
After all zones have been
completed all teams gather together. Crystals are exchanged for time periods
within the dazzling dome.
The more time you have, the more chance there is to amass the most money. Handicapped
by gale force winds, thunderous sounds and dazzling lights, it’s a frenzied
finale to a
great challenge.
