HOSPITALITY PLUS

Classic hospitality at sporting and cultural events is a core component of any relationship marketing strategy. MotivAction has taken this basic hospitality concept and made it extra special, innovative and creative - so that your offerings really stand out from the crowd.

With so many standard hospitality packages available, the PLUS provided by MotivAction will ensure your guests leave the event with an everlasting memory of your corporate message.

Literally any classic event can benefit from the MotivAction hospitality treatment. Here is just a small selection of the possibilities.

Sport of Kings
Your guests join the trainers on the gallops in the early morning, gleaning tips and advice ‘from the horses mouth’ and discussing the going with the experts.
Breakfast at the auspicious Jockey Club. Then transfer to one of the fabulous leading Studs. The Head Groom leads a fascinating tour of the stables.

This is followed by a short helicopter ride from the stud to the racecourse, taking in spectacular aerial views.
From the comfort of their own private grandstand position, your guests can place bets via a private tote.
The high point of the afternoon will be the handicap race that is named after your company. Guests are invited to the winner’s enclosure as you
present your trophy.

Hollywood Nights

Your guests are invited to attend a movie premiere. Luxury limousines will transport your guests to the theatre where they will be greeted by paparazzi prior to joining celebrities from the arts for a champagne reception. After the film, guests will be transferred to a luxury cruise ship on the Thames where they will be treated to a dazzling dinner and dance, whilst
mingling with the stars of screen and stage.

Centre Court

At a famous tennis training ground just south of Wimbledon, guests are given tennis tips and instructions by one of the country’s leading coaches.
Prior to lunch, guests are transferred to the Wimbledon courts where they are fast tracked into the grounds.
A celebrity tennis player then accompanies them on a tour of the grounds, giving them inside stories about the real Wimbledon.
A superior champagne lunch of quails and (of course) strawberries precedes the Centre Court action.

Prior to departure, your guests are all presented with a tennis racket, signed by the celebrity tennis player and emblazoned with your company name.

The Spy Who...

This water borne hospitality event is luxurious and action packed. Your guests are received at the yacht club by James Bond movie look-a-likes. Their mission is explained and they are appointed to different teams.
A day involving powerboats and more will test and thrill your guests. At the end of the day everyone receives a framed photograph of themselves and James Bond piloting the powerboat.
